A savory, family-pleasing meatloaf made from ground turkey and topped with a classic combination of ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.
(KICRecipeIngredient-108707)1/4 cup ketchup1 tablespoon brown sugar2 teaspoons prepared mustard (KICRecipeIngredient-108711) (KICRecipeIngredient-108712)2 egg whites, slightly beaten1/4 cup ketchup2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce1 1/3 cups Kellogg's® Frosted Mini-Wheats® Bite Size cereal1/4 cup very finely chopped onion1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon dried sage leaves, basil leaves or oregano leaves1/4 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey
1. For sauce, in small bowl stir together 1/4 cup ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Set aside.2. For turkey loaf, in large bowl whisk together egg whites, 1/4 cup ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cereal, onion, salt, sage, pepper and garlic powder. Add turkey. Mix well. Shape into 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf in shallow baking pan lined with foil and coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° F for 45 to 60 minutes or until no longer pink and internal temperature measures 160° F.3. Spoon sauce over top. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes more. Remove from oven. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into slices.
