Salmon Patties

Salmon Patties

Servings: 4

Keep a can of salmon and Rice Krispies® on hand and you’ll be ready to make these quick-to-fix salmon patties with a moment’s notice.

2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons prepared mustard or spicy brown mustard
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® cereal
1 can (14 3/4 oz.) salmon, drained, flaked and skin and bones removed


1. In medium bowl combine eggs, mustard, dill weed and pepper. Stir in cereal. Add salmon. Mix thoroughly. Shape into five 3/4-inch-thick patties.

2. In large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook salmon patties over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until browned, turning once. Serve with pickle relish, tartar sauce or mayonnaise, if desired.
