1/2 cup Kellogg’s® Frosted Mini-Wheats® Bite Size cereal (crushed to 1/4 cup)1/4 teaspoon ground ginger3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt1/4 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained; frozen, chopped mango chunks or peeled, seeded and chopped fresh mango
1. In small bowl stir together cereal and ginger. Stir in yogurt and fruit. Tightly cover and refrigerate for 8 to 48 hours.2. Before serving, spoon into serving bowl.
