1/2 cup apple juice3/4 teaspoon curry powder1/8 teaspoon garlic powder1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/4 cup creamy peanut butter1 cup canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained6 Kellogg’s® Eggo® Homestyle waffles
1. In small saucepan combine apple juice, curry powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Bring to boiling. Whisk in peanut butter. Stir in garbanzo beans. Heat through.2. Meanwhile, toast KELLOGG’S EGGO Homestyle waffles according to package directions. Spoon garbanzo bean mixture on waffles. Serve immediately.
